please find attached my solution to your brief. I am submitting 4 variants to the same concept to you give you a feel of how this can be changed or treated if you like the idea. the concept behind my submission lies in the transition from conflict to resolution while integrating the C/R monogram within the design. the transition is represented through the ligature of the letter c & r and underlined by the gradient from dark to light color. this can be done with any given number of colors if you do not fancy the ones i have selected.
also, i have tried to keep a little sophistication whilst keeping the design also modern and maybe a little corporate by using the chosen typeface.
with this being said, i am hopeful that you like my submissions and am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
On a side note, i also believe that the color palette should be slightly uplifting, as in bright but not as much as to detract from the seriousness of the mark.
Thanks so much for the entries. I really like the thought you've put into the design: I like the fact that you are transitioning from Conflict to Resolution. Of your submissions, #20 is my favorite, as I like the way "Conflict Resolution Group" is on one line; I'd rather the "/" be between the names of the principals, Cosby Roberts than in between Conflict and Resolution.
