Corporate Comedy ClubLogo Design Contest

So far, we like #35. Very different than we imagined, but very interesting. We will need the tm (trademark) symbol. We also like the tag, "just for laughs", but we're not firm on whether it should be part of the logo or separate. Your thoughts?

Oops. We've also had some positive comments on #23, internally, we're not sure Chaplin connects with modern comedy clubs

Hi Syroun. Thanks for the feedback. With regards to the tagline, "just for laughs" I will try to incorporate it into the logo. My feeling is that if it is not detrimental to the visual impact of the logo there is no reason why it cannot be included. I will try a few outcomes with it in and see what you think. Will also be sure to add the TM symbol as requested.

With regards to the Charlie Chaplin logo, I share your feelings about whether it is right for a modern day audience. I have also been informed by a fellow designer that there could be an issue with getting the rights to using his likeness in a logo so probably best to leave this one really.

sam you can't use chaplin's image it's a trademark and held as such by his estate. CH wouldn't be able to trademark it.
