We have placed you in second place, but you are very close to the other designer, and we like what you have done. Please remove the tag line "We Rent Your Home Faster". We now feel this is unnecessary and clutters the rest of the logo. We are located on an island alongside San Diego. Using these colors, try to come up with some element that will be suitable for our island community connected to San Diego by a bridge. The design element you have used may ultimately be the one we use, but I would like to see you try two additional design elements, and in two new pairs of color. I like the idea of the small design element preceding Coronado. Good work. Thank you.
Also, be aware that this logo will sometimes be placed over white display when using for business cards, etc. so it must have a transparent background. And when used on our signs, must be bold enough and large enough to fit to scale a 24 x 30 inch sign. Thank you.
Thank you for your work! We have decided to drop the tag line "we rent your home faster", and replace it with "OUTPERFORM" using italic type face. Also please give us two additional design elements if possible, with one placed to the left of Coronado, and one placed and centered above Coronado. Also please consider two additional color combinations using variations of the blue and green in different shades that will show up clearly on the black background. I am concerned that the size of the font you have used for "Property Management" are a bit small and should be increased to be easily visible on a 24" x 30" sign from the street as you drive by the property. We are trying to finalize our selection tomorrow so your new designs will be appreciated at your earliest convenience.
OK, you have been placed into 1st Position. Your design was one of our two favorites. Please do the items requested in our email to you yesterday, then we will make our final selection.
We have chosen #78 and #81 as the logo we wish to work with, and we will need both of them since one is more vertical and the other is wider. However, please change the colors to those used in #30, which is the design we put in 1st place.
When completed we need both the standard files that you normally would prepare, and we also need them on a transparent background so they can be overlayed on white background.
Also, we are debating about perhaps having the tagline and pinstripe both done in the green, instead of the white. Can you show us what that would look like?

We have chosen #94 and #95, and would like to request both files, including a file that can be overlaid on white. I don't know the name of such file, but the background needs to be transparent so it can be overlaid on any back gound, and all you will see are the two colors of the logo.
