We are new to LogoTournament, so not sure how everything works with final files. If we were to choose #94 as our final design, would we get #95 also as a reversal design?

yes of course you can have #95 since these is only variations of #94. Thanks

I couldn't find a place to put the file types we need, so I am listing them below:
