It looks better all logo in one color.
Just an idea of how this logo can work out in promoting the project - a short promo video, big white logo with music and different colored backgrounds (suggestion of refresh , new view) changing under the logo, then short videos with the locations that will be restored. The hidden "A" in the logo + colors + music will engage and attract the public to look into it.
I took this in consideration when designing the logo, about how important is the usage of the logo in the right way on various mediums (video, picture, etc) to promote the public art project more effective.
Wordmask logo, with play on letter "A", which is unfinished and complement the "NEW VIEW CAMDEN" text placement and vice-versa, the text "NEW VIEW CAMDEN" completes the "A" side - this to give the feeling of completion of a new view and working together, synergy.
Color variation + one color over background + B&W - #50, #51, #52, #53, #54.
