#141: it is nice but I think we should highlight only one element. In this case you highlight two elements: the inverted "N" and the red "O"

We need something unique. Maybe you could try a logo that adds an abstract image, or that emphasizes the "C" somehow; create an icon that in a long term we could use avoiding all the Connor word.
