I'm trying to give an alternative concept of "concrete hippo".
This design, just like other designs that's already submitted, contains a hippo, that was taken from the company name. The concept behind this logo is to have a hippo that built from a concrete, thus literally represent the company name, a concrete hippo. The black outline of the hippo is a mold for the concrete. The blue-gray colored shape inside the outline is the concrete that's poured into the mold. In the bottom of the hippo, there's another blue-gray shape, which is the ground where the concrete hippo stands. The text is located below the logo, with the same concept of the hippo, but with orange color to give a vibrant look.
The mold of a hippo from the logo represents the excellent preparation stage of the company's work. The concrete inside the hippo represents the mix of client's and the company's idea, hard work, and time used to build the concrete. The ground where the hippo is standing is ascending to the right, symbolize the always increasing quality of the products, and also showing the rising development of the company.While the gap in the ground that holds the hippo to stand still is showing the strong foundation of the company to always strive and moving forwards in the industry.
The color picks are to show the warmness and success (from orange), and also knowledge, integrity, and professionalism of the company (from blue).
