Comment Activity Rudbutler commented on #297 Greate i'm preparing the files. :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #297 waiting for files. 7 years ago karpis commented on #297 Rud, thank you, looks good. Please create all the logos with this fish, include blown up jpgs for so I can check and put all the zip. I will do final check and if all of that it will be it. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #293 Withdrawn Center like that? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #288 Withdrawn You mean all the stars center? 7 years ago karpis commented on #288 Withdrawn Rud, did you reposition the stars to the centre of the scale? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #288 Withdrawn Okay sending you by mail right now. 7 years ago karpis commented on #288 Withdrawn Please send me larger image to take a look. If everything ok then the text and the end. 7 years ago karpis commented on #288 Withdrawn It was about dorsal fin not the tail. All looks ok. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #288 Withdrawn Dorsal fin modified :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #287 Withdrawn Great thank you. Now please look at dorsal fin. In the left side of dorsal fin white lines more or less all nice and same size and width. In the far end of the right side of dorsal fin, white lines look a bit messy, uneven. Can you do something there? Other than that we love this fish. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #287 Withdrawn Maybe you can explain about side of the tail exactly, or send me a mail to show what you mean. thank you 7 years ago karpis commented on #286 Withdrawn I meat gills. 7 years ago karpis commented on #286 Withdrawn My errors. Pectoral fins. Hills not hills. 7 years ago karpis commented on #286 Withdrawn We like this fish. Thank you. We like this size. Please make 12 stars. Please add border to peroral fin. Between hills and scales can you add something to fill in the space? Dorsal fin, side to the head looks nice and tidy. Side to the tail could be better. Can you do those changes? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #286 Withdrawn Max remember that the whole size will reduce a lil bit when adding the text together with the fish. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #285 Withdrawn Oh Sure no problem :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #285 Withdrawn I would like to see scales smaller still and then decide what size of scales looks best. Can you do smaller scales? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #285 Withdrawn Hi Max, thx for the feedback, but i can't understand what you mean by "Where is that sweet spot between large and small scales?'"" Can you clarify please? :) Thx 7 years ago karpis commented on #285 Withdrawn We like this even more, I think we getting there. It makes we wander how it would loot scales when 50% smaller. Where is that sweet spot between large and small scales? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #283 Withdrawn okay lets try the 50%. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #283 Withdrawn the difference is between these two is that this one i added a swoosh near the gill to help the scale start well behind also at the top. :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #283 Withdrawn Can not see difference with 284. It looks nice :) please make stars 50% smaller. I also wonder how it would look scales 50% smaller 7 years ago karpis commented on #282 Withdrawn Rudy, Thank you. I think I was not clear with last message. The stars shall be on same line as dots are on the picture of the goldfish. The scales look abit untidy shaped. Can you keep scales about same size but make em tidy, similar shaped? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #265 Withdrawn Hello, yes im revising ... 7 years ago karpis commented on #265 Withdrawn Rud, sorry about change of mind. Please rotate the fish so it looks to the right. 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Also please include file without text. 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Rud, great, thank you for the font. I am not sure we will be able to reproduce the fish sales into the large sheet. If you can, it would be appreciated. On the fish nose there is slight blip. Is it part of the look or it can be removed? 7 years ago karpis commented on #266 Withdrawn Rud, I find this logo unusual. Just checked my request and seems I asked for it. I meant to say, text shall be to the right from the fish. Now do you think this a good idea to keep the way it is? It is unusual. Right? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #183 Withdrawn Hellllllo, yes all element are scalable, editable, so you'll be able to do what ever you want even enlarge as big as you want. I'll submit the logo with two text as requested, and will give you the font name also, better for you to re use same font if you think that its the right one. For any other questions feel free to tell me. Thank you :) Rud 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Rud, thank you for other fish. We like 183. I do not know much about image files, so please bare with my. Does the fish image needs any clean up, or further work, will it scale well? The fish scales (or grid) that you made for 183, would you be able to put on separate file for us so we can use as design element in the future? Probably a large square vector image is what we need, right? Now for the words, could you please make two logos one with text below one the text on the left from the fish. Concord Capital, both words shall be same font size as both words as important. If possible we like to take both logos files. If I understand correctly we will be able to modify logos later, change text, right? We are nearing to the end, we love the image you produced. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #183 Withdrawn Sent you the modification on 183, plus another scales like the shield, which is not bad and the stars that i don't think look well : / IMO 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #183 Withdrawn The stars don't work , i don't even know how to use it due that it leave a square space. :/ 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Amazing, thank you. 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Concord Capital is the text. 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn You see this coat of arms image? http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/family-crests_2227_1747435584 There is three six point stars on the sheald. I wonder if somehow grid of such stars can be used to represent fish scales? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #183 Withdrawn Lol no, just know if i should use goldfish than concord, i'm reaching home in 30 mins on my way, will send revise version asap 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Yes. I hope that is not a problem? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #183 Withdrawn Sure, you changed the contest name? 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Rud, can you please make fish scales larger? 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn thank you. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #196 Withdrawn Sent you 3 different colours, if you think they don't even fit that gold you are looking for, just GOOGLE "GOLD PANTONE COLOURS SWATCH", chose a colour and send me the code :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Is this color, best fitting representation of real goldfish? Can you do real gold shiny look? 7 years ago karpis commented on #183 Withdrawn Thank you. 7 years ago karpis commented on #182 Withdrawn I prefer nose of 181. I do not see a reason to highlight the nose so much as here. Thank you for all great ideas. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #181 Withdrawn I traced the tail as it is from the original, so its no more a reflected tail. i'll submit one with the previous eye. Thank its always a pleasure :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #181 Withdrawn Nose looks better. About the eye, I think I was not clear. I liked the old eye. I was talking about the white near the nose when I mentioned the eye. Do't see much difference in the shape of the tail. Even as it is now, I am struggling to find anything to improve. Thank you for great work. Your are welcome to come up with new ideas. The idea is that, the image of goldfish will stay with family for ever, I need to make all right decisions now. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #182 Withdrawn i revised the mouth with this one but i kept same white space on the nose. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #180 Withdrawn Tail and eye. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #181 Withdrawn Eye tail and nose has been modified here. 7 years ago karpis commented on #173 Withdrawn Even as grid of squares, scales look good. I like how white on the nose also highlights "sad" lip. Its just there is a bit too much of that white near the eye, would you agree? Also the tail, I left comment about top and bottom of it look like mirrored, can you do something there? It looks like we have gone to "real fish look", highly detailed, almost photo like. where line should be drawn? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #173 Withdrawn Check this one 7 years ago karpis commented on #162 Withdrawn So far what I have seen from you I am find amazing. I have not seen anything as interesting from others. 7 years ago karpis commented on #162 Withdrawn We love fins, clear border all over it. Tail looks like top has been mirrored to bottom. It is not necessary bad, but since we trying to do " real like fish" shape (border) of the top part and bottom at the far end could different. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #164 Withdrawn Thats not a bad idea! LOL 7 years ago karpis commented on #164 Withdrawn Thank you, I bet you are using magic wand :) 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #164 Withdrawn sure i'll transfer the 162 in a way the nose to the other, i trying to find a way for the scales, working .... :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #164 Withdrawn This is new mouth / nose concept, we prefer #162 mouth/ nose. Unlike fins, which we love, the scales not in same league. 7 years ago karpis commented on #162 Withdrawn I like the nose of this. but on the back it need fish scales. Fish scales are symbol of money/ coins it a must have in our situation. 7 years ago karpis commented on #160 Withdrawn Wow amazing, thank you Sir! 7 years ago karpis commented on #162 Withdrawn Love colours the contrast and shape, sophistication, elegance. This is a bit too much tuna like for me. The goldfish must have fish scales. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #162 Withdrawn Evolution keep coming ... 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #126 Withdrawn Hello, i'm back :) Sure i'm working . . . Rud 7 years ago karpis commented on #126 Withdrawn Dorsal fin of #126 could be slightly larger. 7 years ago karpis commented on #126 Withdrawn We came to decision that we like defined solid border of the fish. For similar example please look as this lion link https://dta0yqvfnusiq.cloudfront.net/tommyspaulding/2016/02/mgm-2015_11_29-22_13_32-UTC.png When the border is solid all round, it is more forgiving for abstracts within the borders. See another http://www.designfollow.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/English_premier_league-lion-logo.png. You have good skills and techniques, would you be able to come up with final fish? It is definitely important to get the shape of the fish right and this technique kind of helps I think. 7 years ago karpis commented on #126 Withdrawn As I mentioned we would like to see fish on gray background. 7 years ago karpis commented on #126 Withdrawn Rud, few questions: 1) Bottom line of the tail runs from one end to another continuously. The top line is not continuous and it goes untidy in to the tails. Can you correct this? 2) Scales - can you do more "scale like look" rather than grid of squares? 3) we are looking at highlighting on chest / side. It is abit too much we think. I mentioned this before. Its not about color of it, but of how much. Can you do something about it? Thank you. 7 years ago karpis commented on #128 Withdrawn Could you please make gray background, white text? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #128 Withdrawn Hope it will be :) Gonna have some rest now, if you have any comments or suggestions feel free to tell me, i'll be back in 5/6 hours. Later Rud 7 years ago karpis commented on #128 Withdrawn Great. We will be able to edit the text later. It's nice fish. Now we sitting back and think if this the right logo. 7 years ago karpis commented on #126 Withdrawn Hard to say. Lets see with text please. Both words. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #126 Withdrawn Sure what's next? 7 years ago karpis commented on #126 Withdrawn Rud, #126 in 1st rank. Should we assume that all imperfections are deliberate and not to be changed to keep the overall look? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #125 Withdrawn Full black colour. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #127 Withdrawn Converted to gray scale to keep same intensity. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #126 Withdrawn New scales on this one 7 years ago karpis commented on #117 Withdrawn we like scales of this fish, can you move these scales on to fish #93, and put in black and white please? 7 years ago karpis commented on #93 Withdrawn Rud, Thank you for all ideas. When I wrote about belly and chest, it was not about intensity of the color but about the amount of space that highlighting is taking up.Anyway, I keep coming to thos #93. Can you please do #93 in black and white, I wonder how it would look? 7 years ago karpis commented on #93 Withdrawn Also can you please try to make larger scales? Not more of it but larger? 7 years ago karpis commented on #93 Withdrawn Head / mouth is ok. We like this fish more than your previous fish. For this one, we are thinking - is there too much of highlighting on the chest and belly? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #112 Withdrawn This one is less darker at the bottom, i think the other one was a lil bit too darker. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #93 Withdrawn Hello thank you :) sure i'll rework the mouth right now... 7 years ago karpis commented on #93 Withdrawn we thinking. 7 years ago karpis commented on #93 Withdrawn on other hand.... 7 years ago karpis commented on #93 Withdrawn Rud, very nice. You put competition to shame. I believe this is outline of photo fish. Very nice proportions. Only mouth looks abit like preditor's, like tuna's pointy head. Can you do something with mouth or totally remove it and make the head shape nice and rounded? 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #93 Withdrawn Another treatment. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #81 Withdrawn Yes in this one i added a gradient to the scales, so that we don't even see where the scales stop behind, i'll see if i can bring some other suggestions. Rud 7 years ago karpis commented on #81 Withdrawn This is also great. What we did not want to have is lot of small detail, this is kind of that but looks good. We like to leave something to imagination, in other areas can be highly detailed and the rest something in between. Thank you for great work. Would be nice to see some small changes. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #78 Withdrawn Any exact suggestions on what you think i can modified? :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #78 Withdrawn We like this. At least comparing to others. Can't say that it is perfect. Hard to say what would be perfect. All very subtle. We look at tail, head and back and we think that something there could be improved. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #77 Withdrawn Sure :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #77 Withdrawn Very very nice, proportions good. Fins nice shape, nice. Can you add some scales? Not too much. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #73 Withdrawn Alright :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #73 Withdrawn Thank you, nice tail. Look at the picture there is line of dots from head to tail. can you put something to represent dots? Also can you do something to represent fish scales. Pectoral fins do not look right. 7 years ago karpis commented on #46 Withdrawn Tail outline / border is too wide. Tail of the real fish is soft, elegant . 7 years ago karpis commented on #45 Withdrawn Hi Rud. 1. fish shall be swimming to the right. 2. Try one single color for the fish. 3. Fins of the fish could improve. 7 years ago Rudbutler commented on #40 Withdrawn Hello, thanks for the feedback and the ranking, i have just uploaded some revisions, give me your feedback asap, also in entry #45 i gave you an option or an idea on how you can manage departments. Best Regards Rud :) 7 years ago karpis commented on #40 Withdrawn I like the concept, technique has legs. The features of the fish need work. 7 years ago
