We're going to shrink the image and use it for our 12 boxes at the top of our site as well as a larger version to replace the ISC image

so it needs to be readable in both sizes, unless we have 4 images for each the larger one more complex and the smaller one simple

In #250 & #251 displaying hoe the section is lit up, depending on where the needle is positioned.
