we sell Castors (US=Casters) which are industrial wheels on shopping trolleys etc

We already have a logo but we want to animate it for use on the web

We need 4 identical logo type images with a dial in the 4 colors. The needle then points to the current alert state. We will need 4 images, one for each alert state, though for now just the critical (red) one Cyber Threat Level Indication see www.securitywizardry.com/radar.htm This logo will receive 38000 hits per hour and is used constantly by 1000's of Security Operation Centers, including governments etc

we only need our existing logo to be brought up to date, the look and feel must stay the same
