Commercial Hospitality GroupLogo Design Contest

Hi,
These designs all look great, but the designs being presented look like they are being designed based on the name of the company, 'commercial' hospitality group. We are not a commercial group, despite the name, making these designs look more like a commercial catering or real-estate business.
It was noted in our brief that we are a 'boutique' pub group, therefore we want a logo to represent a small, unique company that is forward thinking and has a point of difference.
pls also see logo from Capi.com.au as this is simple and the names per product are freehand written, which looks great.

I hope this update can assist with bringing some thing different, unique, classic but also simple to the table.

please also refer to the Virgin logo and its evolution. We like that simplicity.
We like the idea of having the CHG in free hand text and the Commercial hospitality group name in a font next to or underneath in a navy blue colour.

We still havent been able to select a winner. Has any one got any resubmissions based on the comments we made 2 days ago above?
