One that can be used for additional elements just as watermarks. All have that slight vintage, throwback vibe to them, and hopefully something you could see on the side of an old brick building. The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.I look forward to your comments or thoughts.Regards,Angus 11 years ago nic.lind Client Angus, entries #5 and #6 are close to what we envision. I'd like to see the words 'Commencement Bay' on one line and more prominently featured than 'Brokers.' Would also like to see what entry #5 looks like with a gold border on the font. 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Hi there,Thanks for the feedback, and not a problem at all, would be my pleasure. Here are a few variations: #7, #8, #9 and #10.CheersAngus 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Slight variations with #11 and #12 11 years ago nic.lind Client Number 11 looks very much like the direction we've discussed. Angus, can you darken the shade of red a bit, and mix in a rich tone of gold somewhere (all the buildings on our block have gold street numbers). Also, the established isn't a good sell for us, so lets take that out. Is there a way to make this a little more emblematic - similar to the decal that we submitted (encompassed by an oval or round)? 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Hi there,Yes of course not a problem at all, we can darken the red and a rich gold.Is there something you'd like to replace the Established with? Or just remove it?Also, I can't see anything uploaded with regards to a decal, there isn't a file to look at?CheersAngus 11 years ago nic.lind Client I think removed is fine for 'Established.' Uploaded the decal, file was too big initially. 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Thanks for the updates!Something like these maybe: #13, #14, #15 or #16?CheersAngus 11 years ago nic.lind Client 14 looks terrific. Can you mock one up with a black background? One with Brokers in white and one with Brokers in gold would be appreciated. 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer HI there,Sorry for the delay - I'm based in the UK, so was catching an early night :)Not a problem at all, here are a few variations;#17 - Black background, white text + gold shadow#18 - As per above just without the shadow on the text#19 - Black background, gold text + white shadow#20 - As per above just without the shadow on the textCheersAngus 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer And a slight variation in the gold (slightly brighter) with these: #21, #22, #23 and #24 11 years ago nic.lind Client Updates are very nice. My partner and I think we are getting close. Thanks, Angus. Nic 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Hi Nic,Thanks for the feedback, glad you like them ... If you need any other changes do say, ill do them tomorrow for you (getting an early night here in the UK).CheersAngus 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer And here are those Navy options for you; #47, #48 and #49 (couple of shades to compare to). 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer A few simpler layouts; #50, #51, #52, #53, #54 and #55 11 years ago nic.lind Client Angus - really close, and about to wrap. Can you tweak #52 to make the C in Commencement larger than the rest of that word, and same with the B in Bay? Finally....Can you make Real Estate 'Pop' more - larger font, bolder, or something, so it is easier to distinguish what we do? Great stuff! 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Hi Nic,Not a problem at all, I can do that. Would you like the bigger C and B so its lines up at the bottom of the other letters and raised higher at the top OR bigger but horizontally aligned so the C and B stick out above and below the other letters? Hope that made sense :-)CheersAngus 11 years ago nic.lind Client Can we try both? 11 years ago Angus Logo Designer Of course not a problem at all ...Here are a few variations (for each one I've done both C and B options);#56 and #57#58 and #59#60 and #61#62 and #63CheersAngus 11 years ago
