Logo Designer
Hello there,

I hope your having a good week so far?

Here are some of my proposals.
Instead of creating a separate icon / typography combination, I've created an all encompassing logo / unit. One that can be used for additional elements just as watermarks. All have that slight vintage, throwback vibe to them, and hopefully something you could see on the side of an old brick building.

The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts.

Regards,
Angus

Angus, entries #5 and #6 are close to what we envision. I'd like to see the words 'Commencement Bay' on one line and more prominently featured than 'Brokers.' Would also like to see what entry #5 looks like with a gold border on the font.

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback, and not a problem at all, would be my pleasure.

Here are a few variations: #7, #8, #9 and #10.

Cheers

Number 11 looks very much like the direction we've discussed. Angus, can you darken the shade of red a bit, and mix in a rich tone of gold somewhere (all the buildings on our block have gold street numbers). Also, the established isn't a good sell for us, so lets take that out. Is there a way to make this a little more emblematic - similar to the decal that we submitted (encompassed by an oval or round)?

Hi there,

Yes of course not a problem at all, we can darken the red and a rich gold.

Is there something you'd like to replace the Established with? Or just remove it?

Also, I can't see anything uploaded with regards to a decal, there isn't a file to look at?

Cheers

I think removed is fine for 'Established.' Uploaded the decal, file was too big initially.

Thanks for the updates!

Something like these maybe: #13, #14, #15 or #16?

14 looks terrific. Can you mock one up with a black background? One with Brokers in white and one with Brokers in gold would be appreciated.

HI there,

Sorry for the delay - I'm based in the UK, so was catching an early night :)

Not a problem at all, here are a few variations;

#17 - Black background, white text + gold shadow
#18 - As per above just without the shadow on the text
#19 - Black background, gold text + white shadow
#20 - As per above just without the shadow on the text

Cheers

Angus - really close, and about to wrap. Can you tweak #52 to make the C in Commencement larger than the rest of that word, and same with the B in Bay?

Finally....Can you make Real Estate 'Pop' more - larger font, bolder, or something, so it is easier to distinguish what we do?

Great stuff!

Hi Nic,

Not a problem at all, I can do that. Would you like the bigger C and B so its lines up at the bottom of the other letters and raised higher at the top OR bigger but horizontally aligned so the C and B stick out above and below the other letters? Hope that made sense :-)

Can we try both?
