We're an online fitness and lifestyle coaching business helping 40+ y/o women that have gone through some kind of loss (death, job, identity, marriage) to make a healthy and strong comeback to live their best life.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
we want to incorporate a queen bee theme, our community will be called the hive. We will be helping our clients heal from loss through mental health practices as well as exercise and nutrition habits. It will be a very gentle approach as most of these women will be coming from a very dark place.
