Entry #1... the gavel and the background are too cluttered - too busy. Perhaps a little simpler The design is used by members in all sorts of products from business cards, letterheads, web pages, proposals, etc. Many are only able to use JPEG format and not EPS./ The concern with a round logo is that JPEG is a square file insert on documents, leaving white space around the circle. Not a problem on white documents, but on colored documents it stands out. Square or rectangle would be fine.
Can you clarify how you will be using the logo when it is reproduced at 1/2" tall. This could help me in my design process.
Just saw that you would like to reproduce the image @ 1/4" tall. Will this be used on pens? Is width an issue? With this information I may be able to provide you with the neccessary changes. thanks for the feedback.
Made the text bolder. My main concern is how this will be used and the printing process that will be used. The last thing I want to happen is the text to fill in during the printing process. Feedback welcome.
