Hi Marzac, thanks for the entries. #2 look rather too tiger-like. #10 less so. I think we should go with less colors, probably just the dark green, dark yellow and purple. Mostly green and yellow with a hint of purple. I think I prefer the less black like in #10. I like the close up and would like to see a version without a frame. We're after a mascot, like the WWF panda or the Linux penguin. Thanks for your entries. Much appreciated. Peter.
Hi Zac, I think #12 is coming along nicely. It's clean. Quite realistic but still stylized to make it unique. I wonder if we could be looking more directly into the zebra's face rather than a less personal side-on view. One of the things that appealed to me about the sample image we posted was the angle that the photo was taken from. I like the dispersal of the purple, though could possibly have even fewer appearances of the purple to make it more 'special' still. And maybe we could simplify it further by having fewer (broader) stripes, but not so that we lose the feeling that it's a zebra. I'd like to see it without the (Color Accounting/see differently) words first. We can create a vertical and horizontal view with the words later. Many thanks again. Peter
Oh, now that's very interesting... # 53. I like it. The open hand has lots of symbolism. The neck seems a bit too long, like she's holding her nose in the air. But that would be easy to tweak. I'm also wondering if the nose/mouth part in grey is a bit too heavy and dominant. But I like the idea!
