Your collectorDASH entry is VERY good. We are currently debating the pros and cons of the top 4-5 concepts. We don't have any modification requests.

I do have one question. I understand that Gold, Silver and Bronze are 1st, 2nd and 3rd. What does it take to get a blue ribbon?

To whom and for what reason you award blue ribbons is at your discretion. Some contest holders award 50 or more blue ribbons to show a reward for any amount of effort, some contest holders only give out a few (or none!).

If I were in your shoes, I would consider ranking every entry (except those you're not interested in) and award blue ribbons for the top 15-25%.
