Collaborative Design and DevelopmentLogo Design Contest

Brand is about creating and managing project specific joint ventures with design and construction partners in a collaborative process. Projects will include custom residential and small boutique commercial development. Target audience includes home owners, joint venture design (Architects and Interior Designers), general contractors and investors for development.

Initial thought would be one or some combination of black, grey or white with possibly one color accent. The color accent could be a bold blue or red. Open to exploring color options.

Minimalist with elegance. If representing a building mass it needs to be abstract and not literal. Could be a few simple brush strokes.
