#1 We may need to tweak the design as the company we work for is a separate brokerage and we as independent contractors and self-employed sales people we need to separate ourselves. Dennis Tarrant & Associates we use on a fair number of our documents. We still want to get across the real estate connection, the customer service and 'serving you for life' message. We are 2 partners looking to brand ourselves locally in our real estate market. We simply need to be careful and not step on licensing toes in the process.
can the window look like the outline of the number symbol and still look like a window, and can you tweak the door symbol to have a subtle notch at the top left to suggest the number 1? thoughts?
Thanks for the feedback. Here are a couple revisions. The second one has a little thicker number symbol. Let me know if you want any other modifications.
can we make the window section look like a number sign and at the same time keep the window look? Need to lose the Coldwell Banker First Ottawa portion as we are not aloud to by RECO rules. We are trying to brand oursleves under the Coldwell Banker banner in our local firm and within our local marketplace. Hope this helps.
red is great because it certainly eye grabs (heck, stop signs are red right?!), and the fact that our Maple Leaf flag is red in colour and we are in the capital city, but the Coldwell Banker blue might be nice to incorporate somewhere.
entry 27, nice improvement, but we still need to lose the Coldwell Banker First Ottawa. Our personal slogan and website is Serving You For Life and www.ServingYouForLife.com so anything else that can pull that point and website together would be great! May Serving You First...and for LIFE! (thoughts)
Sorry about that - I guess I misunderstood. Here are some revisions. I used both tagline versions but I think if your URL is "serving you for life", you probably want to stick with that. In the third and fourth revisions I also added a slight shadow to the leaf to give it more depth.
#49 - I like that, any way to see if we can incorporate the website there too, without duplicating the message too much? Thoughts...also, maybe incorporating the colour blue in there somewhere as well. Red is the colour of the maple leaf, so I like that part; but also the strong dominant colours of the major competing real estate brands here in Ottawa.
I used the Coldwell blue color in the main text in this version. I don't know if this is what you wanted. You might want to send me a personal message, that way I will be able to message you back. You might have to click on my username then click on "view DesignLab's Profile". There should be a button to send me a PM. Thanks.
