I like the idea of combining e with @. Do you think you could make the icon (without "-læring") bigger, stronger, more vibrant, more 3D-ish and in general more "eatable" :) ?
I'm thinking something in the likes of your highly rated logos for Techniquarium, Garnison Medical and Digital Impression Studios.
Or maybe like your logo for Impact Payment Systems (then with the wording "læring" beneath)..
