Our cocktails concentrate on flavours more than garnishes. However we do garnish all our drinks, just nothing too tropical.

We do use a little molecular gastronomy in our cooking style but not as far as say Heston Blumenthal. Some dishes are served under a lid of smoke, on fire, on dry ice, accompanied with perfume atomisers filled with lemon etc. It may be too hard to add a picture of food to the logo, how about incorporating chef knives, chef hat or a ballon whisk?
