Coastal Storage GroupLogo Design Contest

I need a new logo for a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company I am starting, called Coastal Storage Group. We broker/sell/list self-storage facilities and properties. The design should align more with "coastal cities and properties not "beachy" and communicate a high-end brand with a slightly more laid-back approach to Real Estate. I'm not opposed to incorporating a wave or something aligned with the ocean just don't want it to be too casual or miss the mark of a high-end real estate firm.

Blue, Grey, Black, White, green, orange, yellow

Classic, Modern Design. Open to options. Maybe use the "C" as part of the logo. Maybe also use the letters CSG as part of the logo. Think Coastal not "beachy" Navigation, Anchoring, advisory, direction, insight etc. I don't want an anchor or compass as that has been used to many times.
