I guess it is because of the darker shade of the colour lila. I wonder, how the logo would be with just two colours. Maybe it would become even more clarity. I realized that the aspect of clarity and seriosity is also quite important to me.
I just want to add the translation of "Coaching zum Durchstarten". This means coaching for the aim of taking off. And it also has a second meaning of coaching for the aim of doing the things the person really wants to do and coaching for the aim of doing things which leads the person to the life which would be absolutely marvelous for him/her.

Dont worry, #10 and #9 are actually just the simple color versions of #1 (is like dressing a logo casual or elegant). For example, in some media you will need a 2 color version of the logo (for example, embroidery, or for invoices maybe a black & white version), but in web or print you can use the full color logo.

#20 I like this a lot. There is this interesting contrast between the block letters on one hand and the dynamic part with the name written in cursive and pic on the left side on the other hand. Great. And would it be possible to put in the end (if this should become the winner) the original subscription in the logo, if I would send you a scan?
Thank you!! As you already know - I like dynamics. Therefore I really like #32. The paperplane doesn`t suit so much because people with fear of flying sometimes think that planes are not safe and people sitting in a paper plane don't help to change this believe I guess...:-) The slogan below the "zum Durchstarten" looks good in the whole composition. Unfortunalely I can`t imagine a reasonable slogan for my work at the moment. Maybe over night something will come to me...I will tell you if it happens. :-) I think in the end it will become hard to decide for me. Thanks a lot.

I like #40 and 41, but in the end #20 is my favorite. in the brief I uploaded sabine-engert-fonts = the cursive of sabine engert, which I would like to have in my logo. I hope the quality is good enough for the logo. Could you please choose the most suitable sabine-engert-font and put it in the logo? The S is awesome, i like it. I choose the first signature because the S and the E have a curly "up", very disctintive, and the first "a" is just beautyfull. Also, i dont knwo if you would like the idea of adding a slogan in the same way (with your letter).
