My target audience are leaders in profit and non-profit fields who are dissatisfied with the results they are seeing in their personal and professional lives and have to reinvent themselves to get where they need to go.

I am a reserved person who likes to ask questions that energize people through self-discovery. I do not try to give people answer but ask non-leading questions that help them get to the answers and solutions they have within.
