Color Preferences
When we think of CloudFreeze, we think of icy and/or cloudy shades of blue. Possibly colors similar to those in the DropBox logo at DropBox.com. Accent colors are OK, but not required and shouldn't be overused. Light, subtle gradients are fine. Feel free to use your creativity if you think you have a better vision based on the "CloudFreeze" name.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
CloudFreeze: Think clouds and ice! The logo should have a smooth, "Web 2.0" look and feel. It will be used mostly on a white or light-colored background. We definitely want to use the text "CloudFreeze" in the logo for brand recognition, but an emblem or symbol to compliment the name is preferred.

Feel free to use your creativity. If you have an awesome vision for our identity then please send it through! We will be very active in providing feedback and we're really not too picky, so long as it looks incredible and makes the brand recognizable.

Lastly — and this may be standard — we would prefer a logo that can be resized for print use and other applications.

Wow, the first round of submissions are really great, folks. Thanks to everyone for your hard work! I've left feedback on everyone's design, so if I didn't get back to you yet please let me know.

Question...What meaning does "Freeze" have in relation to the purpose your website will serve (If any)? I'm trying to see if there is any other way to play on the word "Freeze" besides the obvious. Thx :)

Freeze is kind of an abstract take on the idea that we're storing data much in the same way that you would store food in a freezer. There's not much more to it than that. Obviously, the cloud part comes in from the data being stored in the "cloud". I hope that helps :)

Hi again, everyone. We've put a lot of consideration into your submissions so far. I just wanted to let you know that we've given feedback for every designer up until now. Your submissions are really great so far, especially #21, #26, and #29.

The thing that we seem to like most about #21 is that it's not so two-dimensional. Aside from the fact that it's very clever, it just seems to really fit into the environment that we're trying to create. Nothing too serious, but nothing to silly.

Thank you so much for all of your time and efforts. There is so much talent here at LT that it's almost unbelievable!
