I love this one, but "C" and "D" of "CLOUD" is hard to identify.
Please make them clear to identify.

I'd like to make sure that backgroupd except for the cloud is transparent.
Is it OK?

Yes all versions you see background is transparent, complete logo is vector and fully editable, the cloud's gradient background is separated from every element in the logo, in any case you might think the logo looks better without the gradient you can remove it without any difficulty, you can place the logo with transparent background anywhere you like, i can send you a photoshop file version or transparent PNG file also.
