i really like the clean look of #17. I wish you could bring out the winery idea more in the design. The others with the wine glass are unique, but not as clean.

Any other things you would like me to try? Are you 100% happy with the text (font) and font color?

As promised, here is a version where the big wave is shaped like vinery / fiilgree shapes, so the wave shape is still suggested but it ties more in with "vineyard".

Could also try adding in some grapes / round shaped to represent "grapes" if you like this concept.
