Hi there,

Hope your having a good week so far?

Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.

The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts.

Regards,
Angus

We really like the design of entry #39, however I like the letter font in some of the other entries. Is it possible to keep the same design but try some variations on the font? Thanks.

Hi there,

Of course would be my pleasure to work up some variations on the font.
And here they are - some serif and some sans serif.

Look forward to your thoughts.

Thanks for the new fonts. One more adjustment to #39. Overall, the logo looks smaller than the other designs. Could we enlarge the entire logo?

Hi there,

Not a problem at all... Here is an enlarged version for you: #80.
If you'd like to see any other changed, don't hesitate to ask.

Could I see a version of #81 where the "CATA" letters are a single color (perhaps bright), and we keep the shading effect on the column logo?

Of course would be a pleasure ...

And here are some variations, ranging from brighter to darker.
If you'd like to see any more please don't hesitate to ask.

We selected your entry primarily because we like the logo with the column better than the others. However, we would still like to see some different fonts for the lettering. Can we try to use a font on the "CATA" that is more similar to the other designs, where the "A"s are sharper and not flattened on top? Also, can we try to fully justify the words underneath CATA? Currently the bottom line is a little shorter than the one above it.

Thanks for your work, great job.

Hi there,

Well firstly many thanks for selecting my entry, its been a great project to work on.
And not a problem at all, re the font variations.

Here are a number of new options, all with sharper "A's": #95 - #101
Some might look similar, but all have their own slight different characteristics.

Personally one of my favorites is #100 ... It has a nice openness to the letters whilst still feeling powerful and strong, making it easy on the eye and legible.

Look forward to your comments.

We are just about ready to select #100 as the winner, however I have one more question. Is it possible for you to post a black and white version so we can see what it will look like? There are a few times when we will have to use the logo w/out color, and we want to make sure it can be used. Thanks

Of course, not a problem at all.

Here is a B&W option; #102
And here is a greyscale version: #103

I don't think there should be any issues when removing the colour.

Thank you. One last thing. Can we have the greyscale version (#103) for the logo, but darken the words underneath so they are easier to see (like in #102)? Thanks.

Not a problem at all ... Here is that version; #104
