Entry #9 is an interesting concept. I like it. I don't love the font though and the style of the mountains isn't working for me. But, the composition I like a lot.
Would like to see it if: (1) the "C" wasn't connected to the "M", (2) the mountains forming the M actually looked a little more like an "M", and (3) the font in the name were different
Also, maybe "capital" could be lower down (and possibly smaller) than Clear Mountain. I.e., Capital should have less prominence. Then, the C M in the logo makes more sense since it is really the "Clear Mountain" that is important. Sorry, to overwhelm you with the feedback. But, I think your concept is good and with some refinement could be really good.
Thanks for the feedback. They are great! I will make the refinements and post them. Are the colors good enough? Do you want to see variations? Let me know...Thanks again.
Much better. Getting closer. #29 is my favorite. Gradation in the color of the CM starting to give it a little more life. I like the separation on the C and the M. Can you please try a few variations on the M. Maybe a little thinner and maybe with the left peak of the M higher than the right peak. I like the color scheme.
Those are much better. We're getting there. One question though. I really like the dark background, but how does that translate to a business card? Would I get blue business cards?
Coming down to the end. I still like your design the best despite a bunch of new entries. But, could you please submit your same design with a few different fonts for the "Clear Mountain Capital."
no problem at all. I made a few variations here. I was wondering if you prefer the C as solid color and the mountain with gradients from the center. That is just a minor tweak, please let me know. Also, I made variations of the font. I dont know if you prefer serifs (the current) over sanserifs (new one's I will post).Let me know what combination works best. Thanks!
1. I like the thinner "C" 2. I think I like the C and the M with gradients. Do you think it looks strange when they both have gradients? 3. I actually like the old font better (with the Big and Small caps); but, are there slight variations there or is the choice just Serifs or Sans Serifs? 4. I would love to see the new design with a blue background also as I still like that look a lot.
Hi, About the gradients: I like it when they both have gradients. The reason why it looked that the C had no gradient was because I made the grad start from the center. This time I made it at an angle. The gradient made it very elegant. About the Font: Here's a rendition of Big + Small caps but sans serif (no curves/tails at the end of the letters). I prefer this current submission than the serifs. It is a little bit modern and yet (again) elegant.
And I have the dark background design too. 'Hope you like them. Thanks!!!
