navigating thought leadership is my tagline. So please add it at my direction. I plan to choose design 261 as winner. Will you provide final files in different formats, black on white, white on black and just the logo. Also please explain the subtle difference of logos 262 vs 261?

With now I rank 1 I can submit files again but not by creating a new concept. Here I can add the slogan you asked for "navigating thought leadership" in the previous feedback. But the new slogan is an original from you or an initiative from another designer, because someone already uses it. :)

OK I really like this graphic. Is it based on a compass? What is font? Also could you add a tagline: navigating thought leadership

This is a nice effort incorporating the company but it doesn't look right. I prefer the other logo for its clean look and colors.

Looks cool. Can you make it look more like a compass? Also how will this look against a dark background? I'll need something that works against black.

The logo represents the multi-colored media I created, and in the negative space in the middle is the shape of a compass.
