Clarity in YogaLogo Design Contest

My wife would like to see this logo with the word clarity using the Blue of #232.

Can we see this with a semi-circle above and maybe below too? A semi-circle was part of my original specification so it was my idea. The lotus might need to be adjusted in size for that to work. We prefer gold for the color but maybe something else would work too.

Mh wife likes this one too though I am not a fan of the combination of these particular colors.

Surprisingly to us, we are starting to look at darker, bolder colors with more contrast to the (white) background. They stand out better as a logo when the image is a smaller size so the legibility is improved. Not what we expected but this is where the design process is taking us. Could you work out something like that?

We don't know where this will go yet in the ratings so we are going to put it towards the bottom so as not to discourage all the other artists! You've made so many great designs on these two themes.

Very nice connected lotus to the "I". Love the teardrop shape it makes for the central petal. We like how you raised up the "I" to make the lotus fit. Great color gradient. Wonderful font & colors.

We think we like the size of the lotus in #79 better though this is very nice. We are going to put this one towards the bottom of the wanted list so you don't have to bring it back for us later.

We are surprised that we like the size of this lotus. We're wondering what it would look like if connected to the "I" like on #82?

We like the lotus connected to the "I" better: It makes a lovely teardrop shape.

Oh, you are making this really hard for us! This is nice too with our favorite lotus in a gradient with that terrific font and the alternating strata of fuscia, teal & fuscia. You'vd brought the lotus down to integrate it with the "I' in clarity and we think you've slightly reduced the size of the lotus? All nice too but we think we like the centered one just a little better but don't throw this one away!

This is so tough! I think right now this is tied with the lotus over the "i" so we have to put them both up in the winner's circle with the other lotus.

We prefer the gradient in the lotus/flame.

Same good improvements as the new one we just wrote about. Tough decision but we think we like the placement over the "i" better though this is also good and you did a nice job integrating it with the letter "Y" making the "Y" part of the petals - nice!

Better font - nice. Nice gradient on the lotus/flame. Good color transition from ththe red at the bottom through the teal and back to a red at the top. Nice placement of the lotus over the "I". We prefer this one to the other similar lotus so we will boot that one out and put this one in. :-)

We like the Clarity to be bigger compared to the in yoga. The lotus we like better over the "I" in the word "in".

This is a really nice lotus. We like the two colors and the gradient between them. Also how it goes form the color of the text to the fascia color so the colors tie in the text as part of the base of the gradient teal color. So nice!

Too much red in the lotus - we prefer the lotus with at least 2 colors. Gradient between them may also be good. We think we prefer the lotus over the "I". This is a nice lotus design but I prefer the other lotus more. It is hard to tell not being able to put them up side-by-side.

Great font. Nice colors. We think that Clarity is more important to emphasize than yoga so we prefer the designs where the word clarity is given more prominence in size or weight etc.

Well this one looks better to us than the one that had the same lotus centered so we are booting the other one out to make space for this one! Great jobs.

Again, hard to compete with your other excellent designs. Not as balanced in shapes or colors though.

It is really hard to compete with your other concept. The script is elegant but hard to read. Another nice lotus and well nestled within the text. You are really talented!

Somehow the color of the outermost petals seems to weak compared to the stronger center and middle petals. My wife thinks the interweaving of petals is ok but I am not as thrilled with it especially compared to your other really excellent designs! My wife really doesn't like black type though I think this might be a deep purple? I think the contrast is too much for her. The font is really great as I think we mentioned before and we like your aesthetic sense.

The shape of this lotus is really nice - uplifting! :-) Color gradient is great in the lotus. Color are great. script is wonderful. clean, cheerful, symmetrical (not necessary but can be nice too) .This is one of our favorites if all the artists so far.

We like that the word Clarity is larger and stands out compared to the other one. Colors for the fuscia and the text are very good but I shouldn't comment too much on colors since my screen shifted colors for the evening. We would be curious to see the lotus over the "i" in clarity. Perhaps with a dot over the "i" as the starting point for the lotus. Not sure if that would be too busy or not? Also not sure if it would not be asymmetrical enough?

We like the colors in the other one better. It is nice that this lotus emanates from the "I". this one looks nice too. The other lotus is more open on the inside because it is missing the inner blue petal and we prefer that petal to be missing to make it more spacious and simpler.

Nice colors. The flower is pretty good representing both a flower and a flame - nice touch! The font is very legible which is great. WE like the big open spaces of the "C" and "O" as well was the shape of the "Y" so great choice of font. Perhaps the kearning could be changed a little or simply move the lotus to center it over the "I". Not sure if it would look good or not but perhaps also a dot over the "I" which would be the emanation point of the base of the lotus. Just a thought.
