at a distance this blue background looks a bit muddier than #227 so we prefer the blue background of #227.
would like to see this golden arc/blue background from #227 and this white star (but fuzzier with gradient) added to #114
My wife still prefers the colors of #114
Light blue"in yoga" is not legible when logo is small. Caolor needs to be darker.
Would like to see this golden semi-circle over #114 and slso same but with blue background between outside of petals and inside of golden semi-circle. Star would then become white gradient.
My wife still prefers the colors of #114...despite what I suggested earlier to make the colors more subtle by using a longer gradient etc. We would like to see #114 with the golden semi-circle
We prefer #114 & #213 to this one. The blue background might be nice between the lotus and the Golden arch of #213 and then the star could be white with a white gradient blur the circumference of the tips? I don't know if we will like it better but I thought it might be a way to pull in your ideaof the bluish background.
We do like the font and the different colors for the two lines. I like the golden semi-circle and it is growing on my wife. We think that for all the lotuses, the gradient from the tip of the lotus petal to the base of the petal should be much more gradual so it doesn't look like a sudden change of color but a gradual transformation. perhaps even a transformation that doesn't go all the way from one color to another very different color but from one color to the same color with a darker/lighter value.
I like the golden semi-circle. My wife is getting to like it too. Can you make the color gradient in the lotus more subtle i.e. less of a dramatic shift in colors over such a short space?
same comments on pointy petals. We don't think this kind of large C with a lotus in it will work for us. We are looking for a more integrated design than having the C of clarity repeated.
Font is very good. Same comments on the pointy petal tips. Balance of colors on the logo as a whole is good between the blues and reds. My wife doesn't like the star there. We've only seen a few implementations of the star that has worked for her so far.
We are looking at only lotus but also lotus with other elements. We don't know which one will be best in the end at the moment. We have to wait to see the designs.
The designs have been coming in so quickly and my wife is not here that I haven't had time to really go through and sort the designs properly. There are only two designers whose designs we like maybe a little better than what you have submitted so far but yours are definitely in the running. Those two designers have a couple of alternate designs above you so it looks like you are farther down than you should be.
Same comments about the font as in 117. I like the golden arc and how it changes thickness from one end to the other. My wife is curious to see this with the star and without the arch and vice versa : (with arc and without star)
The golden rays are too much like exclamation points which makes it feel a little cartoonish. Clarity being larger makes it more emphasized so that is a good change. Font could be a little better e.g. a "Y" with slightly curvey arms and a "C" that is slightly thicker in the middle than at the tips or with slight serifs. though we want a clean modern font we don't want it to be sterile like Helvetica. Shape of the star is nice. We're not sure how it will work once the rays are gone or changed. Maybe a couple of stars off centered? Not sure what to suggest here.
My wife doesn't like black text and I think the font is not as legible as what we are looking for - truthfully, it is hard to strike the right balance between a font that is a clear sans-serif font and one that has a bit of flow to it and is not just blocky. She doesn't like gold as a color. I think the balance of the design is nice between the left and right sides and the integration of the graphic with the text is great.
text color better. Shape of petals better and going up - thank you. Love the star and the arms holding the star being tinted by the color of the star - great symbolism.
See comments on the one we like the best. We like a gradient. No black text. Nice symbolism: infinity symbol vertically for the body, crescent moon for the head, star being reached for or held. The hash marks outside are a bit simplistic for our liking and too many of them. The text feels a little far and dissociated from the drawn portion of the logo.
This is our favorite of the three that you submitted. In general we like gradients between the colors in the lotus; it is a visual transformation of colors similar to the inner transformation that occurs during the practice of yoga. The transition between colors on the petals is a bit too quick. The longer change in gradient that makes up the body and arms of the person is more what we are looking for. The shape of the two upper petals of the lotus could be more upward and uplifting with a bit of an "s" curve in it. My wife generally does not like a person in the logo but yours is so stylized I think you won her over! It is also nice what you did with the arms holding the star - very inspirational - nice job on that. After looking at a bunch of logos we've decided that we don't want to use black type. The font is ok: it is clear, modern, legible so definitely in the ball park. Perhaps it is a little less inspirational.

Clarity as an "Action" , meditation Practice. not just Lotus Pose , or a lotus itself.
