- assisting in explaining the member’s billing statements and the steps needed to resolve issues.

Would like something with a Navigation theme, Ship steering wheel, Compass, along with a medical bill/invoice Hospital cross symbol on the bill. I have attached a rough draft idea under handwritten Logo. also like the map idea with compass.
