Top Three Things to Communicate
#1 - Information is '"live" (as in current and updated)
#2 - Must have a web or computer element in logo (wi-fi, mouse, etc)
#3 - Clean, well organized and user friendly
Our Target Audience:
City Residents of all age groups. The guide covers industries that city dwellers might use on a regular basis such as food & Dining, nightlife, entertainment, beauty & Fitness, shopping, apartments, services etc.
Color Preferences
We would like Black and Red. However, we are open to other color schemes
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Please check out our website (www.citylivenc.) for a better understanding of the product. High bandwidth is required. There is an existing logo which you can modify or you can come up with something completely new. The "nc" at the end stands for the name of the state, which will change according to the state the magazine and web site is published for. The primary font for the magazine is "Helvetica Nue" and for the web is "Arial". Please keep this in consideration when designing. San serif fonts are preferred. Feel free to use any caps necessary. However, "city" "live" "nc" should be easily differentiated as separate words, even though it is spelled as one.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
I can see Bonic has done his research on the company before creating #9. Good Job! I would like to see some variations on the "live" transmissions. I know it gets a little tricky with the "L" next to the "i", but maybe you can think of a creative way of doing it.
#3 - I like the simplicity. Not crazy about the symbol though. Something symbolizing the web, computers or information would be neat (a mouse or something). A little work on the typography would make it more interesting.
