here is a set of icons combine to make a logo that i think is in the look you're going for. the green is nature, trees, the blue is wind/water/sun/sky, the purple is a globe to tie is the worldly aspect and the top orange is bigger and represents your community as a whole.

We definitely like the icons you have created here...we are actually looking to address five focus areas- see my comments to the whole group. Also try to integrate with the plan name, which is going to be something like RVA Green or Envision RVA. Thank you!
