Our Ideas & Additional Information
This logo is intended to represent our organization's new employee engagement program that is intended to foster Energized, Engaged, and Empowered (E3) employees. We surveyed participants in the program's trainings and asked them how they felt when they completed their training. We are looked for a logo that will evoke those feelings: hopeful, optimistic, excited, and motivated. It is important to note that this logo will live in the same world as the City of Napa's official logo but is primarily intended for internal communications, where the official city logo represents the city organization in public, internally, and everywhere. We also asked survey participants which corporate logos resonated with them. These included Nike, Apple, Disney, Target, and Google.
We are a team of mostly non-graphic design professionals and some of us gathered a few designs that we found appealing. Those are also attached.
