What We Do
I need to LOGO to stand out, I'd like to refresh my brand. So far all I see is using the pdf's supplied and merging them to make a logo.

******I do events, and I need to stand out, a remember able LOGO*****

We are a specialized real estate team serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area, focused on helping families, attorneys, and executors navigate the complexities of probate property real estate sales.

Our work sits at the intersection of real estate and law — where legal processes, estates, and families come together during sensitive transitions. For more than 15 years, the “Cities” brand has represented trust, local expertise, and a veteran-led commitment to service.

Our target audience includes Executors, Administrators, Probate Attorneys, and Judges involved in estate and civil proceedings. We want our refreshed identity to reflect professionalism, trust, and authority — similar to a boutique law firm — while still carrying the personal, approachable presence of me, David Pannell, as the recognizable face of the brand.

The updated logo should balance credibility and warmth: strong, classic, and professional — yet approachable, reflecting the real people behind every probate case.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
My goal is to create a refreshed logo that positions me — David Pannell — as the trusted face of the brand, with a design that reflects the professionalism, authority, and trust often associated with a respected law firm.

When I sponsor attorney luncheons and association events, I want the branding to be instantly recognizable and to convey a strong sense of credibility and partnership.

Currently, I use the “Cities” logo alongside my name, but it doesn’t fully communicate the message or presence I want. By merging these elements into one cohesive identity, I aim to create a brand that attorneys and legal professionals can confidently associate with reliability and expertise.

Design direction:

I envision a law-firm-style logo that incorporates a refined outline or silhouette of my face and upper body, creating a personal yet professional connection.

Even though “Cities” is part of my brand name, I do not want any imagery of cities, skylines, or buildings in the logo.

The design should balance personal branding with future scalability — meaning it should not rely too heavily on my likeness, so the business remains marketable if I choose to sell it one day.
