We like the ranked logos because they incorporated a commercial structure in the design.

These better explained our business type, however we would like to adjust the size/type of structure to be smaller. Our target market is not the "high rise" type that you would commonly see in the downtown areas, but rather, more industrial, single story/condo use type. These are more geared toward blue collar, small business owners. Since we will not cater to any single family residences, we prefer no likeness of a residential home or condominium / townhomes in the logo.

The colors we prefer will be red and/or gold. Halftones and shading is fine.
