I love the colors on this one. It brings out the creative element of the brand.
I was thinking about this last night and it occured to me that Cincinnati doesn't really identify itself with the "C" quite so much as Chicago does. I like your style, though.
I keep going back to this one because the colors are so compelling!!! Could you try something with these colors that's a little more Web 2.0 and incorporates something that says Eureka! or innovation or engineering like a lightbulb, a gear, a thought-bubble dialog box, or something like it???
