These are all pretty good. The font in #45 looks the best to us. Can you try a few variations on the hat in #45 and #47? Also perhaps some more color would be good.

Another idea - try putting a chef's hat as the background (much larger) so the name or most of it is covering the hat.

Can you work on some versions of #122? Make the hat darker and.or offset it a bit to one side or the other?

#241 is very good. Let's remove the gradient in the blue and make it one solid color...

If you change to the script you might need to play with the hat a bit to make it look good.
