#119 font is the look we are striving for, great colour scheme and teh shadow effect is nice.
Any chance we can substitute the word "and" for "&"?

Also, I am glad you mentioned the shadow. I neglected to point out the meaning of that. I use them often in my designs. It shows elevation...rising above the challenge.

Thanks for the rendition with #121. Wondering if the megaphone can be replaced with another symbol? Perhaps applying symbolism reflecting the hearing component? It doesn't have to be within the bubble, but we would like to see hearing symbolism applied.
