Soundwaves makes a lot of sense, given our practice, however it tends to be overused in our industry. Having said so, your design is one of the better ones using soundwaves, we'll have to admit.
We like your font selection and the use of blue and grey - would be interesting if you could exude subtle celebration and warmth.
Also, we lean towards the use of "&" instead of "and" in the tag line.
