My first concepts for your logo - colorful and playful, yet evoke the feeling of hope and opportunity (child's hands held high reinforce the positive message). I've placed on colored backgrounds, the design would work on plain white or black as well. Happy to make any changes and welcome your feedback.
We like your fun tone, color treatments and use of the the slogans! We also like the "person" in the V on entry #9. We would love to perhaps see a concept that perhaps place up a child or children's smiling faces as well.
