Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

We really like a lot of these already. We're already happier with several of them than the logo we currently use. One general note is that we need the name of the show to really pop and be legible. It's going to be incorporated into the opening of the show, as well as before and after commercial breaks. So the name needs to dominate. Small graphics are fine, but the name has to dominate. So entry #1 wouldn't really work, since the name is comparatively small in the chef hat. Plus we don't want a chef hat in the logo. We like the font and the metal accents though. We'd prefer to keep any images involved in the logo a little more abstract. We don't want to limit creativity and are open minded, but unless it's done in a subtle way we don't want actual literal pictures of chefs, chef hats, cutting boards, etc.

Number 11 has a great feeling, but we wonder if the word "live" gets a little lost. Maybe a little bolder? Number 9 is really good, but the overlapping might not make it read clearly immediately. We'd like it a lot more if the "live" moved down a little or to the right a little, so the F was clearly an F and not another E. But we love the font choice and the shiny gradient in "Chef". Number 10 is a really nice, clean design, but the green sphere might be a little large compared to the text. It's very clean and well executed though. The overall feeling is already pretty close. Numbers 4 and 8, we're looking for a stronger font. Also, as a general note, we don't want a chef hat in the logo.

But this is a great start. We're already very excited. Great work.

these are all really good. Number 29 is really nice. The little slash of green feels like a sauce or a puree on a gourmet plate. I don't know if that was the intention but it's really nice. I wonder if we could play with that more. little splashes of garnish like that.

A lot of these designs are nice, but as we said, we don't want a logo dominated by images with the name of the show hiding inside a picture. And we're pretty sure we don't want a chef hat at all.

but this is looking really good.
