#176 #177 #178 this design concept doesnt work #176 black on red isnt clear #177 looks a little non symmetrical #178 has good clear font but logo orientation gives an unbalancing effect which might be considered negative in relationship to project objectives whcih is certainty, complete, validated, safety etc

#179 the concept is overall good.
The starting point for the competition was actually an internally designed logo that was similar to your design
but which led to the launch of the competition to see if some new approach or concepts could be developed.

If you can work on #179 with some variations and small changes maybe it will develop into something memorable. At this stage I have no direction to give you, but rather looking for inspiration from the designers !

#180 #18 #182 dont work - too basic

#183 with longer 'legs' like a little too much ( spaide and not a navigation wheel/compass
#184 doesnt look quite right - cant explain why !

#186 is a good variant - a nice modern touch
could you try another variant of this without the 'leg' at six o'clock (south)

#179 & #461 - it is difficult to see on the PC Display what differences (if any) there are between the two designs ? Could you please identify the differences - thanks

This design is a favourite with some of the project team so it will be in the top rankings.

The rankings and judging will be made during Friday (european time) and winner announced by Saturday

NOT VERY MAJOR VISIBLE DIFFERENCE, I JUST ALLIGNED THE ELEMENTS OF THE COMPASS MORE APPROPRIATELY.

then you suggest #461 in preference to #179 from a design point of view ? - if so I will remove #179.
On the laptop I can hardly notice any difference.
