Thanks for the update, Dennis !! I like the font style. I have a couple of requests. Can you darken the tag line and possible increase the font size ? Love the butterfly style as well. Also, Can you please illustrate the 'i' in Katori with a pictorial mark ? I would also like to see some black color in Katori.

I am also going to throw this idea out there - Can you try giving the tag line or the word dish a little bit of background shading in red & yellow colors ? I think if you use black in Katori, then the background shading to the tag line or parts of it would add some character to it.

# 57 looks good except that I didn't want you to change the 'i' is spice. Please use the chili for the 'i' in Katori.
