Less like a Company logo and more focus on a House Search button

This is for customers to be able to know to click here to search for all homes available in Bryan/College Station

I need more of a button that people will click to search for houses(homes). It needs to be VERY clear that this is a SEARCH FOR HOMES (HOUSES) - It does NOT have to say Century 21

These are still not it -
I want a logo that when people see it they know (without thinking) that this is where they go when they want to search for a house to buy. It probably even needs to say Search for Homes to make SURE they get it.

Where is everyone getting the vector file for the actual Century 21 logo that they are adding? By rule it has to be vector, or it wont work when the logo is used later on. Am I missing something?

Do you own the rights to the Century 21 logo? Do you have permission to use that logo so designers can make it part of their designs?
