Thanks for being the first post. I like where you're going with this. I'd like the circular design element to have more of a point at the end than rounded edges. Also a more modern font would work. I like the greens you used and the fade. I'm not a huge fan of all caps..I think I'd like all lower before I'd like all caps. Great first logo! Thanks!

#6 #7 #8 - some new concepts based on your feedback. All could be considered finished products or rough drafts - please let me know what I can change, combine or remove! I'm not sure about the font but I think it does work nicely with #8 .

I am thrilled with your new designs. I realized that I contacted you today after you'd already submitted one design here. I apologize for the double communication. I just LOVED what you did on the lisa b. marshall contest and wanted to let you know.

So far #7 is definitely the top spot. The only thing I'd like to do is make the dot above the 'i' look like entry #8's green dot. I think that brings cohesion. I like how the design element is infused with the wording in this logo a lot. Also, I think it's very clever how the design element represents people and bringing them together...LOVE it. The only other idea would be to play with how bold the font is both for 'centrifuge' and 'recruiting services'. I think I'm satisfied with how it is now, but that might be something work looking into.

Thanks so much!

Thanks for the feedback!

#17 replaces the dot of the I with green dot (I'm liking this concept because if you ever need to drop the graphic element and just use the text for some particular situation, the green dotted I will still reinforce the brand).

For #18 I used a lighter font for 'recruiting services'.

And for #19 I tried out the idea of sepia tones. As for my opinion on sepia vs. green, I think that's dependent on the feeling you want to promote. The green is more modern, hip and suggests money. The sepia is warm, promoting trust and creativity. I like them both!

I did try to bring down the boldness of "Centrifuge" but it ended up looking weak against the logo elements. If you would like to see for yourself, please let me know or if you would like to try some similar but different fonts, I would be happy to upload a some new ideas.

#20 - smaller green dot over the I

I love the new logo with the smaller i....I think. The more I look at it, I wonder if #17 reinforces the stick person correlation that's going on with this concept a little better than #20. I'll have to think on which one works better long term. What do you think?
And I like the green more so than the sepia coloring. I also think that bold works for all three words to balance the graphic.
Do you have any thoughts on a completely different concept? One that plays more on the words and maybe even utilizes a box background or the vague image of a person or some edgy script? I'm hoping to have sort of 3 different brand images to compare and mull over so that I can pick the right direction for the brand.

You've done a fantastic job and I greatly appreciate all of your help!

I'm really starting to lean toward this sort of simplistic design. You hit the nail on the head with this one.
