CENTIPEDE HEALTH NETWORK is a network of home care providers. We are looking to create a CREDENTIALED Provider Logo that our healthcare providers can post on their website to show that they meet the high quality standards required of the healthcare providers.

Eye catching, possibly focus on the letter Q for quality and blend in the CENTIPEDE style and words CREDENTIALED PROVIDER.

Great work everyone. Please make Credentialed Provider more prominent.
Think of this as a mark of distinction... a seal of approval.
We are conveying that the provider passed credentialing standards- they meet the quality standards and are now a credentialed provider.
Try to stay true where possible to the CENTIPEDE logo if you use it, we can't create a competing logo.

Good next steps think of this as a SEAL of APPROVAL.
Providers are Credentialed when they pass all quality standards.
They will want to post this quality seal on their website.

Credentialed Provider and Quality are the most important elements of the design rather than CENTIPEDE. Can't wait to see the next versions!

Great iterations!

Try to make Credentialed Provider the dominant verbiage, followed by CENTIPEDE. Consider rounding this into a seal and incorporating some gold or goldenrod in the design. Providers will post this seal on their website to show that they meet quality standards! This will be a badge of quality and honor.

Now we are talking some badges and seals! Pop up the colors! Brighter CENTIPEDE green, goldenrod, blue. This can be a mark of distinction and cool.

Nice job everyone. You can include Trophies,Stars, Rings, Quality Marks etc in the renderings to illustrate Quality. We want this to be cool, eye catchy, not the same as what you might see somewhere else.

We are open to different shapes, banners below the seal, the holly around the outside, ribbons through the seal etc.
When I google quality badges, quality seals, quality assurance seals, healthcare quality seals the image results are varied.Feel free to be creative - you are helping to create history!
