What We Do
We are transforming an existing medical practice to a wellness center that will offer stress tests, skin care, massage, nutritional counseling and Chiropractic services, among other things. We will also be selling various items associated with each service running through the facility. We hope to have a logo which supports our vision of offering holistic, while still clinical heath and wellness offerings to the community at an affordable price.

Color Preferences
We hope to have a soft, legible logo which evokes our mission. Colors are not all that important, but it must be eye catching and easy to read as people drive by on signage, billboards or other future advertisements. As you will see in the attached piece that we created in-house we have uses grey. So regardless it needs to look uncluttered, sophisticated and welcoming. Colors we like are grey, purple, green, blue, white and black... although not saying any one color should be in the logo.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Attatched is a in-house idea for what we had in mind for our street sign. While we are not saying to copy this or create something resembling it, we do like it and the calm feel it portrays. Important to note is that the existing medical proactice which we are transforming has been associated for 14 years to heart health. With "Obama Care" shutting down medicare reimbursements we need to switch to a cash business, hence the overall health and well-being concept we are going for by adding additional services to the heart healthy servies we have always provided.

Discussion

Another thing we thought we would mention to designers interested in competing is that we have seen other logos that have incorporated an EKG line which was used to underline the name of the company, we thought that looked cool. Also, it bears mentioning that as you work through your design and are contemplating color combinations taking into consideration our previous noted colors that were mentioned, please note that we are not "married" to those ideas of colors. We simply mentioned them because they have a sense of warmth associated with them. Hence our holistic approach to health. Having said that we would also like to see as a comparison in submissions that evoke a more clinical look, perhaps but not limited to a black, grey and red color schemes or other clinical variations. We want to try to compare which direction to go. (I.e. softer, more holistic wellness or a more in your face clinical version).

Thank you!
