Hi. please see my updated brief. The only design out of these entries I like is #75. The purple is not appealing(but the chartreuse is), and the font could use updating. The stylized roofline might work, but think more modern(longer?) . The sunburst is something to work with, too...maybe make it more vintage-looking. And maybe play with an all GRAY background.
